While it might be true that most of us only need a select few things to be happy, getting them in the first place can be no easy feat, and keeping them can be even harder. There's no magic formula that's going to keep everything perfect, all of the time.

This means that we've all got to be extra thankful for those moments where we do achieve happiness. This doesn't just involve all the big life milestones, but also those little things that bring us some form of pleasure.
